I recently when for my l's at the rta and I misenturpereted one of the medical questions and answered yes, the rta then said I had to get a medical examination done before I could even sit the dkt, is there any way to fix it? Because it is illegal for them to write that I have a medical condition when I don't isnt it? Thnx
You may simply have to work the chain of command at the institution in question. I don't know much about HIPPA but it's where I would start. There must be some way of correcting mistaken medical records.
