What the hell is going on with me?

Im having a lot of stuff going wrong in my life all at once and im having a lot of emotional problems because of it and I dont know why im like this.usually I can keep myself together pretty well but my dads really sick and he’s in the hospital again im totally overwelmed by my school work and being home alone with my selfish stepsister is just one more thing stressing me out and I keep having these moments where im ok and then all of a sudden im really angry and I start yelling and throwing things and then I just start crying for no reason and its happening almost everyday and I dont know why or what to do.

yeah get your tragus pierced. it will be a good stress relieving thing, and it will make you happy :) just take things a day at a time. and please funmail me if you ever need to talk or anything; I would be glad to help or just listen. you can get through this! xxx

getting piercings or tattoos sometimes help people to relieve stress. actually, that was a good alternative to cutting. I would say try it, just dont get frustrated with cleaning and after care. I recently got my labret done and the care for it is annoying. but once its healed ill be happy with it

you could probably take time to rest, REALLY rest. go to the spa.

or talk to a therapist.

what a bummer! ): hope your dad is ok soon! I can relate on my own grounds, the stress that is.. I started hyperventilating and shit when the bad times started piling up for me, sometimes I started screaming and throwing shit and crying too.. I went to psychs and they said it was cause of the stress and you need to find a way to let it out. talking about it can be a way, if (and when) you feel like it, but not if you feel like you’re dragging up what you’re already moving on from. also make sure to do lots of things that make you laugh!!! (very important!!!), watch things that make you laugh, listen to things that make you laugh, be around people that make you laugh (: ! maybe you have a favourite hobby like a creative outlet, like making clothes or trying creative new dishes… these things can really help you take your mind of stress (:. I know it seems petty, but it may actually help! taking time in the fresh air does great help, even if it’s only for a few mins to just get out of the house.. maybe go running with someone or something (:.

Oh, and piercings DEFFINITELY count as stress release! ^^
