What KIND of tattoo is a personal choice. What do you like? Would you like for this tattoo to be visable or hidden?
Just a few words of advice: Tattoo’s are permnamet. Hep C can be contracted by getting tattoo’s or body peircings. Make sure you check the tattoo place of business out before your final decision. Have they had complaints, are they registered, do they follow the state guidelines? Do they have sterile equipment? Is there an auto clave in the office or does some company do their sterilization, and if so what company? Or do they have disposables? Are they opened in front of you? I’m not trying to discourage you, just do your homework. You only have one liver and I’m sure you would like to keep that one healthy. You can not live without a liver. Do your homework, and try to decide from there. If I was thinking about a tattoo (which I never will) I would get something small and hidden. Now that’s a personal opinion and perhaps not yours. So do what makes you happy, not others. You are the one that has to live with it. So, if a tattoo makes you happy, go for it! Google Hepatitis C.
