What. Spare me some happy thoughts and fun stuff?

Whenever you’re sad, what do you usually do and what happy thoughts do you think about?

I used to write stuff whenever im sad, but somehow, its not working right now. :| any other ideas?

thanks.

you can call me matt pol ;) you must be like me… live on your own?

its harder living on your own cus if you fall off the wagon at a silly time theres no one to catch you…

if that happens I tend to just make myself a nice cuppa tea and put some relaxing music on.. I’ve been a fan of enigma since the midish 80s :)

I go on the hunt for a hug lol im not a random hugger but if I got a mush on me and someone askes ‘whats wrong?’ I tell them and neally 80% of the time theyll put their arms out and give me a squeeze

my mate, shes a nurse (I’ve known her for 17 years) and tends to people in my block of flats and I see her neally everyday and I always get me wuvs…

I think a nice 30 second cuddle does exactly what 3 huors of talk does..

cuddles poly

chocolate :) it actually has something in it that makes you happier when you eat it! I think that’s so cool. also, I went and bought a self-help book a while ago. it’s called “my happy book”, and all you do is write random things like what you like, who you love, and things like that. it sounds lame, but I think it’s cute :)
