Don’t do something obscure and that even they haven’t heard. I’ve been talking to my daughter about her song when she goes to audition I’m 2011—hopefully its still on then! I want her to do “My Immortal”—maybe a good choice for you as well?? Do something that showcases your voice, but go to far. you know by watching the show to avoid Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. Do not put in a lot of runs just be yourself don’t go over the top. And make sure you memorizr the lyrics!!! If you have a problem remembering them before hand you’ll have a bad audition. Write the words on your arm or flash card and know where you have the problems so that there’s no break in your performance.
