What should I expect from getting Cortisone injections?
I’m going to be getting Cortisone injections in my hips. What should I expect from this?
How long and for what exactly are you getting the treatment?
My father has had a lifetime worth of cortisone treatments because of a genetic condition and the long term effects of it are not pretty. However a few treatments shouldn’t be a problem.
Apparently it’s a pretty painful injection, but it really does wonders for pain and inflammation.
cortisone shots are one scary a s s needle and they dont always work. I had one when I blew out my knee and it didnt work for me, but the needle is huge or maybe it just seemed that way.
