What should I eat for breakfast?
Generally, I've always read and heard that breakfast really is the most important meal of the day...try to get some protein and carbs and also fresh fruit if you can..one idea could be eggs, toast, and an orange or orange juice...or perhaps dry cereal with fresh fruit on top, and some sausage links..I'm just pulling things out the air, as I have no idea if you are even hungry in the morning...but this is, at least, a starting point for you!!
