What should I do tell this guy

Ok on the 6th of november im going to my godmothers house and I don’t know how to ask the guy I like for his number should I just come out and say it or what im really shy around guys I like. Like the last time I was talking to a guy I liked I told him on accedent and no we dont even talk but we say hi to each other now and then.

Why not just give him your number and be like “call me sometimes so we can stay in contact” and write your e-mail down too :)
