What should I do since my mom wont agree with any of my ideas?

really? youre not going to like this, but youre only fourteen. even if I wanted to get at tattoo, I wouldn’t. I’m in to the whole peircings thing but since my dad is literally a general in the air force, it’s not gonna happen until I’m 18. I’m not even allowed to dyye my hair. if I could it’d be black with purple. I just want to do it to make them mad.

tattoes hurt and ARE PERMANENT! I know poeple who are really professional and they want a nice job but can’t get it because they have a tattoo. wait.

I’m thinking of getting a tattoo too (not right now, I’m only 14!) and my mum was like “A tattoo is a way of hiding who you are only people who hate themselves get them” I told her “whatever, it’s my body, I’m gonna do what I want wit it!”

Bottom line is you get to decide! That’s the beauty of being a human! It’s your life!

Its obviously better to have one that you love and means a lot to you, than one that you think is okay and boring that your mom likes. Its YOUR body. Get what you want. She may be pissed for a few weeks but after that its a whole lifetime it will be on you.

Well…you won’t like my answer, but I think you should wait till you’re older. Don’t get one you’re going to regret in a few years. I have one on my ankle and I love it, but I waited till I was old enough to be POSITIVE it’s what I wanted, and I made sure it was a TASTEFUL tattoo. There’s nothing more trashy looking than a girl covered in cheap looking tattoos. So just make sure you know what you’re doing. (Just my two cents though) Your skin.
