Should I talk to him or just forget about him?

There’s this guy, his my friend and I dont no what to do because in this past year he has messed with my head…(he played with my emotions!) but we liked each other but he would be with other girls and he would just tell me lies and bulls*… I liked him a lot, I never felt like that for a boy before… so he would always want to see me and whatever. So when I had to goto summer school this year I saw him and I felt kind-of awkward cause we both stared as FRIENDS and then out of no where he started to like me(but we went to different schools)

so when I saw him in summer school… I had so much mixed emoitions for him… I wanted to curse him out for all the drama and stress he gave me… I wanted to just run up to him and hugg him cause he was my best friend and he was the only person I trusted! I just felt so confused didnt no what to do… So in summer school he would always see me…and he never said HI or whatever… He never even waved!! I got mad cause he acted like if he didn’t no me! I didnt say hi cause he was always with his friends and I was always with mines, but now that school is about to start.. im goin to the same high school with him now… (cause I transfered high schools) Well should I talk to him or just forget about him? My cousin saids to forget about him cause he’s not wroth my time… But its really goin to be hard to forget about him cause very soon im goin to see him everyday.
