What should I do? I really want my good life back?

Long but please read I need help .K well it started about 3rd grade, I had a friend, and her name was Tory, and she was everyones role model practically. K well everything was perfect. Till 6th grade came. There was a new girl. And some friends and I went and sat by her at lunch. Well it was me and 3 other people came. Well it started a little groups in the school. Tory was kinda upset because we all just ditched her, we were careless. K well later on in the year that little group I was in ditched me and my other friend (danielle was my best friend in the world and she was my other friend getting ditched). Well we left that group and went in another one, but we didnt feel like we fitted in. So we went back to where they were always ditching us (sorry kinda confusing). And they didnt really care bout me and my friend danielle because we left them (only because they left us first but didnt realize it) K so we just stayed there even know we were ignored. Alright, so now im stuck. Im in 7th grade. Im sickk of that group that doesnt care bout me anymore. I wanna go back to tory and her friends. I wanna tell her this so bad but im too scared to tell her because I don’t know what she will say, I talk to her every now and then but I wanna talk to her more. Im just scared because I just randomly ditched her, and I feel like I did I HORRIBLE mistake. I don’t know what to do. Right now the only one I got is a friend that I never get to see because she doesnt go to lunch or recess and shes not in my class and a boyfriend that I love a lot but hes in a grade below me, and what should I say to my friend tory? I do I ask her?? Plzz im really desparate for help!
