What should I do about him wanting help?

I dated him for quite some time but I broke off connections cause all he did was pull me down.. now he’s asking for some advice from ME?! out of a sudden he needs my help!! it makes no sense to me cause he didn’t talk to me for a long time and now he’s back for help?? from me? when he can talk to anyone else?? why should I help him if he never helped me, he was never there for me! But since I’m such a nice person I’m going to do it… I just don’t know what to expect… I don’t know why he needs to talk to me about what he needs help on…

Well he wants you back. And if it has been a long time maybe he has changed you never know. He has realized the error of his ways and wants you back. People say we learn from the past. But I say we make our own future. If you think this guy well bring you down help him then get out lol.
