What should I do about a guy I like?

So there is this guy, who I like and he did seem to be quite interested in me. But im really not sure because, I never had a proper conversation with him and I told one of my frens to ask him sth. So she said “ do you think shes nice?” Then he said “ shes ok” Then she said “ do you think shes hot/pretty?” Then he said “shes ok” Hes a type of person with a straight face, he doesn’t have a lot of emotions..so yeahh. What does this mean? And if you guys think that hes not interested in me, how do I get his attention? What does it mean when guys say that shes ok?
