Should I have my cousin tell this guy that I like him?

okay this seems really stupid for me because normally I dont care about these kind of things but for sum reason I care about it this time. theres this guy that I thought lived next to my friend but it turns out he lives in my neighborhood, like 3 blocks away. he is really hot and I like him, not just because of looks. I already told my cuzin and he said he’ll talk to him 4 me but im scared that he might think im sum kind of freak since I just met him…and I sent him message on myspace and he didnt reply, well it was a stupid message but still he didnt reply. and I dont blame you for think that the myspace thing is stupid because normally I wud say that myspace is a dumb way to talk to someone but this time its different. so what should I do? should I tell my cuzin not to tell him anything after all and just get to know him first or just forget about him? oh and he knows my cuzin because they skate together.
