What should I do!

I have liked my guy friend for over two years now, but he has liked my best friend and now is dating another one of my friends. The problem is he is going off to college soon and I don’t know if we’ll stay in touch. I think I love him but I’m not sure. I want to make a move, but I don’t want to hurt our relationship, nor hurt my friend he is dating. What should I do?
