What should I do?

This guy and me tell each other we love each other, and he always says the sweetest things to me. But there is one draw back, he hasent asked me out yet. I was wondering why. so I had my cousin texted him and ask him why, and he said it was because he doesent wanna get hurt and he wont be able to see me. what do I do? I wanna be his girlfriend.please help. What should I do???
