Does she think I'm a pervert?

WEll there is a girl who I fancy and she has huge boobs and I dunno if she thinks ima pervert because every time I see her I always look at her giant boobs should I ask her out or get no her better than ask her out help me!

You should stop looking at her chest. Then talk to her, after you are comfortable talking to her without looking at her chest then ask her out.

well, you need to make good eye contact for starters… girls dig that! also it’s polite. As for weather to get to know her better first or not, well that depends on weather you feel strongly enough about her to ask her out yet, or weather you need to become more comfortable striking a conversation with her first! if you think she might be interested then go for it
