you need to explain to them both that thats not apropriate behaviour there private parts should remain private and they shouldnt let anyone else other than themselves play with them

Well let’s put it this way, would you rather that they figure everything out by themselves or would you rather that you tell them? Just sit down and have a talk with them about sex and stuff.

Honestly I don’t think you have anything to worry about, I know I’m from another country, but you have no idea how many “games” guys have here that involves mastrubating in groups. The more of a taboo it is, the more fun it is and the more will they be doing it no matter if you tell them not to or whatever…
