What's wrong with our dog?

Our austrailian shepard just got out of heat, we thought she got bred but don’t think this is the case. In the last week and a half she has lost quite a bit of weight, has been lying around, dry/warm nose. She will some days still help chase cattle in, but most she just lays around. She has a good day then has a lot of bad ones. She will be one in May what could be wrong

Answer #1

Possibilities is that she could be either pregnant or is getting sick, get her checked out to be on the safe side.

Answer #2

Ok so I took her to the vet and they drew blood on her. Then this morning had to take her back up because she was whining soo bad and can’t open her mouth! They are keeping her for observation. My in laws tried to feed her a dog biscut this morning and they noticed this. I don’t know what to think anymore. Hopefully we find something out soon. Oh ya and she is not prego, which is good right now.

Answer #3

Sounds to me like she needs a trip to the vet’s to see what is going on. She is also to young to bred. did she tie with another dog? If so did he pull away from her and hurt her at all? Did she get into anything around the house? I would do blood work, My Aussie has been acting very stange the past week, so I took him to work with me tonight to do blood work and sure enough his blood work is showing Hypothyrioidisom. Or Ocd, so we are sending more blood out, He is only about 1 1/2 old.
