What's wrong with my computerrr?! =\

grrr…there’s something wrong with my comp! Anytime I try going on the Internet this gray box pops up on the left side saying something about content advisor not allowing you to view page?! Then It asks for a password . It won’t let me go on ANYTHINGGG! Soon as you turn on the comp it says changes have been made to windows, check for online solution. It also says a file on my comp was hacked…-.- I already no by who…Anyways what’s going on?! My moms been trying to download a virus thing and she’s been looking under control panel to see what she could do but nothing working! Even when we type in the password the gray box won’t go away. Help ? =\

system restore - anti virus scan - complete dump and reload of all programs and settings..
