What's wrong with mii???

Ok so this has been a problem for about 3 months now… I CANT SLEEP!!! An it’s bothering mii sooo much I don’t get it… I dont get to sleep to about 3 or 4 an I need to up about an hour later :( can anyone give mii some sugestions to help mii go to sleep PLEASE!!!

When you’re trying to sleep, relax your face. Make sure you aren’t tensing any muscles.

Insomnia, is a very comon sleaping disorder.It can devolope in a days time and can also disapear in a days time.

Its usualy caused by stress or a lot of brain activety.

Im saying that you are woried or stresed or freaked about soemthing.

Find the cause sort it out and SLEEEP!!!

Just go to bed early, close your eyes and DO NOT open them. I can guarantee that you will get to sleep quickly. I guarantee it.

first of all its spelled M - E. nobody thinks its cute that youre spelling it mii. second, check the environment that youre sleeping in. Is there a tv or radio that you normally sleep with on, or is there a lot going on lately that prevents you from getting good rest? also, try doing a few things before going to bed, like drinking warm tea or milk, something relaxing. turkey has a natural amino acid that makes people sleepy, and

also try using the time that youre trying to sleep in a way that makes you tired, for example if you dont feel like youre going to fall asleep, exercise or do something that would tire you out instead of rolling around trying to sleep
