What's there to do in Cozumel?

My husband’s work is sending us to Cozumel, I have never been there and was wondering what was fun to do there? We are not really into diving and I’ve been told it’s pretty popular for that? Also, any good restaurants there? Thanks.

I went there on a cruse and its beautiful and diving would be fun but I love to snorcle because you can come up above water easily and the taxi drivers are pretty fast and scary so dont take the taxi’s. also shopping there is really good
