What's the PSN or Sony's number?

Well, my 40gb PS3 has the yellow light and aiming for the 120gb. But the thing is I forgot my password to my PSN account and cannot for the life of me remember. I tried the website “Forgot password?” But that doesn’t work because I didn’t use my real birthday since you can’t be 14 or under to make one. (I know, that sucks) So does anyone have Sony’s know so I can talk to someone about it? You’d be doing me a huge favor. And also, does the 120gb models do backwards compatibility? Thank you

120gb model doesn’t have backward compatibility, afaik, if you’re referring to the ability to play PS2 games.

If you want to contact sony, their support number is in the PS3 paperwork for your region…your parents might have put those in a filing cabinet or similar (that’s what I did with our papers).
