What's The Name Of This Online Game?

There’s this game I’ve been wanting to play online but I can’t remember the name of it. You’re playing this man who finds himself in a baby’s room. There’s a chair that starts rocking by itself and then you see the ghost of a woman sitting there. There’s also a severed head in a bin, a blood-covered doll in a cot and a music box playing a tune. Any ideas? I’m totally clueless. Thanks.
