No, it’s more like grinding.
Freak dancing is really called juking, it starts off when when a girl is twerking real cute. then a guy sorta comes up behind her and subtly rubs her butt with his little friend. then he connects to her with his hands on her hips and voila! in this dance a female typically leads whereas in a grind the guy does.
