pulates, flex arm hang, pull ups, pushups, cardio, do different kinds of sit-up I.e from side to side. when you come up from a sit up, throw punches but reach to the opposite side as far as you can. but for me, I do explosive cardio, running for five crunches for two min, then run for five and crunches for two, and I do that about 4 sets 3 out of 4 workout days a week.

also very helpful, swimming, not for fun but for laps.
