What are extensions and how do I get them?

Where? Why? How? What color would look cool wit red /auburn hair? Do they hurt? Do thy look like real hair? Lol soso many questions!

I’ve been a hairdresser for ten years now specialising in extensions for 6 and have my own salon! if your having extensions its best to keep the extensions the same colour as your natural hair, plenty of whole salers and hair and beauty stalls sell them and will match them up for you to get the exact colour match for your hair, they dont hurt! you can get them in a variation of methods applied to your hair, they can be stitched in (professionally) which does not damage your hair at all as all that is done is they cainrow your hair and stitch them in with cotton! Alternitavley have them glued in with wefts which you can do yourself , all you do is section your hair, cut the weft to length and glue them in, really simple, I would suggest a rubber based glue though as it is the easiest to come out, do not use conditioner on the wefts though as it will break the glue down and will just fall out, you could also go to a salon and get them glued in strand by strand which lasts for 8months to a year the only thing is they cost around £500 lol. for your first set I say glue them in as wefts and if you dont like them you can take them out , just apply conditioner and they slide straight out, remeber use a rubber based glue tho!!!

they are like fake hair you can put on your hear :P if I was you I would get the same colour as your hair so your hair just looks longer thats the main reason people get them lol. no they dont hurt just a clip in your hair, to keep them in better backcomb the roots where the clip is going :D

I have Plenty of exstentions. And to be onest if they are real hair and not Plastic there great,.! And I think auburn exstentions would look Cool if not a dark or light brown.? And no they dont hurt it just feels like a clip in your hair Lmao :L x

I’ve had extensions fer bout a yr now. at first they felt kinda wierd bt you get used to em. I agree wit th other ppls. get th same color as your hair.an sum of em are actually real hair so you cn dye em if you decide to change your color too.theres instructions on how to take care of them too.bt th paris hilton ones are fake.u cnt use a straightner or any hot on them or theyll shrivel up.lol
