What questions do they ask on flight attendent interview?

Why do you want to be a flight attendant? Finish this sentence: I don’t like it when people… You are working onboard the aircraft when you are approached by a passenger who tells you he/she cannot sit in the seat they are assigned because of the ethnicity of the other passenger. What do you do? Give an example of a situation where you had to handle a disgruntled customer and the outcome. Give an example of a situation where you were not being supported by your employer and how you handled it. Give an example of a situation where you had to go the extra mile to please a customer. What would you say or do if a passenger in the coach cabin says he noticed that the passengers in the first-class cabin were given newspapers and he would like one too. What would you say or do if a woman changes her infant’s diaper during the meal service and asks that you dispose of the dirty diaper for her. What would you say or do if a man is making a business call on the in-flight telephone. He complains to you that he can’t hear because the baby next to him won’t stop crying.

For the resume, customer service experience, high school diploma at a minimum, fluency in english, other languages are a bonus
