What question about harassment???

So this girl who I strongly dislike, made a forward on her phone about this other girl. She put the girl’s real name and a paragraph of degrading things like “forward if you don’t want to be like this white trash ho3” and things like that. Eventually the forward got around to the girl and her mom, and they reported it to the school. The girl who started it when to the office, and as I used to be good friends with her I know she told people it was her, but I also know she is going to try to lie her way out of it. Is there anyway the school can prove it was her? And if they do decide it was her what could happen to her? I’m kind of hoping she gets busted bad.

that could be hard if she deleted the message in her sent box, I think everyone who took part in the forwarding should get in trouble because it’s so wrong to do that to someone.

They (the police) simply trace the text back from each person and eventually it’ll go back to her.

Person A —> Person B —> Person C. Then they just trace it going backwards. Person C will lead to Person B and then back to the original, Person A. It’s easy.

That’s cyber bulling and it’s against the law in some states that can get put on her record and she could spend up to 30 days in a juvenille detention anyway to get her busted they could search her phone and see it

Maybe get some somepeople who first got it to tell the principal it was her
