what program should I use for this?

you know how Fred pitches his videos? what program is he using? like… here’s an example: let’s say I have this video of me singing. and I want to pitch my voice. make it faster. make me sound more like a mouse, lol. can anybody tell me what program I can use? is there any way I can do it with any of the programs I already have ?? p.s. I’m using windows vista.

Audacity is a free program that lets you do multiple audio effects with a fairly simple interface. You can change pitch, tempo, add echos and fades and all that fun jazz, export to MP3, et cetera. I’m sure there are more robust programs out there, but for simple things, it’s easy to learn and gets the job done.
