no food will help no exerscise will help either the best way is from putting on weight but youll also put weight on throughout your body then theres surgery then theres other things like the pill you can wear push up or padded bras if you like bothing too much bigger than the size you are already or people will notice theyve went from say a b cup to a c cup but a little bit could help your confidence and self esteem yes a lot of guys dont like it when girls are wearing inserts or padded bras, ect becase its like them stuffing there jocks but if your not going to be showing them to anybody, then its perfcetly fine and be aware that your still growing your boobs will reach there full size by the time your around 20 so youve got plenty of time to grow be patient

umm…I used to be totally flat chested and then went on “the pill” because I was so skinny and that increased the size but also made me put on weigth in the stomach area. so if you want to get bigger breast, youre going to have to put on weight, which means you’ll get bigger in other areas =/ but PLEASE don’t stuff you bra…cause im guessing you want larger breasts so you can attract guys. and if a guy is attracted to you and you want to one day show him those breasts of yours…it’s going to be stuffing, and how emberassing is that?
