what PRO RAT help?

Okay I need to know a few thing about the pro rat software. I’ve got a lot of question but first off is it illegal?

its a trojan and yes using prorat to hax is illegal…

Prorat, sub7, et al. are remote administration tools (RAT), backdoor Trojans, it is not illegal to have them, experiment with them on your own equipment but if you use them to gain access to another machine or network it is illegal. Sub7 shutdown their site some months back because it was hacked, defaced, projects were deleted, and source code was stolen. Be careful
