What peice should I play?

Alright, I am graduating this year, & I am asked to perform a piece on the piano during the ceremony. There will be parents & important people attending, so I REALLY want to impress everyone & play something REALLY classy & kind of difficult, nothing TOO EXTREMELY tought, because I only have 2 months of time to prepare =/ I play the piano for about 10 years now, so I am pretty good. I have something like moonlight sonata or maybe the barber of seville, but I am not sure yet

What do you think I should play?

moonlight sonata by beethoven most beautiful piano piece ever composed as far as I’m concerned lol you’ll have everyone in tears

But if your looking for a harder song that’s a little more upbeat there’s also Bach:Prelude No. 1 In C Major lolz or of course you can play turkish march by behtoven which I highly doubt you’ll be able to play full speed

hope this helped

good luck!!

You are playing about 10 years?? Well thats not a short time… Im playin piano about 7 years now … you must be very good. Maybe I finally found a net friend who plays piano for a longer time too. Are you planning to be a professional pianist like me too ?? How old are you btw ?? 18?

Back to the question: -I have only one question. you should play 1 or more pieces?? If more, I suggiest playing 2 very contrasted pieces. Like something fast and powerful and something slow soft and beautiful piece… For 10 years of playing piano, and then playing moonlight sonata ?? huh ??? It is a beautiful piece, but don’t you think its too EASY and SLOW ??? I can learn it today and play it tomorrow (its that easy)… your playing 10 years and then moonlight sonata?? It is a lovely sonata but its just too easy…

If you want to play moonlight sonata, then play the 3th movement, its lovely, its beautifulll :) Im learning it right now… (like a hobby) You can also play something nice slow and daintily… :) Hope I helped :)

Pls write back… Heart
