What names should I give myself as a musician?

I am a music artist and I am struggling to come up with a unique name for myself. Any ideas?

for yourself? well giving yourself a nickname is stupid. your friends should give you the name without you asking

Find a name that fits with the type of music you’re going to do. If you want to promote yourself as a solo artist, use your first + last name…then, once you go global, drop the last name & just market as “first name”.

Worked for Mariah (Carey) Janet (Jackson) etc.

If you have a band, try something that fits in style wise with the genre of music you’ll be doing, but that also comes across as representative of something about you. Good luck with your music!
