What??? My phone has a virus??

I posted this question before but no one answered (oh no!) and now im having more problems. So I have internet on my phone, and all the sudden it has started shutting off when I use it. Not every time, just randomly. Now I also cant go to a social site with it! I used to, and I even have a a social site mobile icon on my widget thing, so I know my phone can access a social site. Im having no other probs w/ websites, besides it randomly shutting off. And the msg I get when I try to go to a social site is something about an unauthorized ip address, so could my phone have a virus?? And what can I do if it does? If it doesnt, what can I do to fix these problems??? Its a new phone : ( thanks for any help! Also, its a prepaid from straightalk, so theres nowhere I can go really to ask them. They just have a number you can call.
