What mobile carriers in canada have GMS ?

Well recently I’ve been thinking about buying a pretty nice cell phone , but the only problems are ,

its in japan , 2. I need a GMS card , 3. I dont know any cell phone carriers that would support the cell phone . D:

does anyone know any cell phone carriers that provide GMS in Alberta, Canada ?
