What kind of top should I wear with black sweatpants?

I’m wearing black running pants with 3 white stripes down the side to school tommorrow. I don’t know what color top will look good with it. My dad says green and long sleeved, but my friend says it doesnt match. What color should I wear?

I say a cute fitting t-shirt that’s tight . it would look good it it had like . “addidas, or abercrombie” across the front.

You could also wear a loose white long sleeve shirt from abercrombie or addidas or hollister or something. that would look good , (:
