I am looking for cars and what I really like in a car is the column shift. or at least I think thats what they are called... (when the gear shifter is on the steering wheel side.) but I don't know what kinds of cars have it...? help please!
You're looking for cars made in the late 30s, 40s and 50s. That was the last time they made cars with "three (or four) on the tree." (three or four gears on the steering wheel column). Many cars were made like this, mostly foreign, however. While I couldn't find a specific list because there WERE so many, one is a Saab 96.
no im talking about the automatic shifter on the side of the steering wheel with the keys
