What is your hobby?

Dear kozueworldz,

I have more then one Hobby peopel tend to have a few. I like to read, Write, Skate, ply soccer, and help people Over all though “people Watching” is probably my Fav. one.

You may never forget your Past …I spent a long time trying to find a way to forget it before I figured out that it was not forgetting it that I needed to do but rather find a better way to deal with it. It is your Coping skills that need to altered…people do one of three things..they freeze they run or they Fight…it is how we survive…but once we are out of that situation We no longer have to do that…some times we don’t relize that due to Learned Helplessness. ( if you get time you should look into this) Basicly right now it is the cycle that kept you alive that you have to learn to break. I wish you the best of Luck with this and I hope that you figure out that forgetting is not the answer long before I did.

It is not the Past you need to forget but rather how to live now you need to learn. GOd Bless.
