What is wrong with me?

I’ve been sick for awhile now. I’ve been to see different doctors and their all stumped. They first suggested that it might be stress problems, and urged me to see a therapist, so I did what they said. (I have no stress in my life right now, but I still did see a therapist) and I got put on medication to no result. I saw another therapist and tried different kinds of antidepressants to no result. These are my problems: I faint constantly(to the point of where I’m falling to the ground)(not due to lack of iron, I’m taking all kinds of vitamins)(I’m also a vegetarian, but I’ve been put on restricted diets to no effect), Doesn’t matter what I eat I’m still losing weight, I’m constantly tired, I’m suffering from bladder infections all the time, I get fevers, and dizziness. I’ve taken all kinds of tests, and every doctor I still see is stumped. Not a clue what’s wrong with me, some of my symptoms have gotten better, but most of it not. I just want to live my life again, because I’m constantly taking sick days at work.

Have you recently lost a lot of weight? If so that could be putting extreme stress on your body itself. Make sure you drink a lot of water and don’t push yourself to the extreme, make sure you take a couple of hours everyday to do what you want and clear your mind of all of the days problems. Eat more, I don’t mean to become a fat pig, I mean eat more bulky food and ask the doctors to check your thyroid it could have something to do with it. I hope you find out what I going on and get your quality of life back.
