I believe a ulcer is like a hole in your stomach or something like that…it can be very dangerous but I know that its treatable. I wouldnt say cureable because its possible you can get another one.
An ulcer is an irritation of the stomach wall that is caused by acid erroding the mucous lining. It can become serious- but trust me when I say this- you will know you have one before it gets to the point where you have an actual hole in your stomach. It’s quite painful and uncomfortable. It can be dangerous and should be treated by a doctor. They are cureable with various medications.
