What is this: blood discharge from period?

Hi I just had a baby bout two months ago and I have had a normal period since having her but I was not supposed to get my period for another two weeks and have gotten it again but it is extremely light almost like spotting and I just finished my period like a week ago so it shouldnt be my period and im just wondering what it is , I havent gone for my 6 week checkup yet and was wondering if it could be related to have just had a baby if it messed something up down there also I have slight swelling on my right side of lower belly which is painful to touch if any one know what this is and how I can get rid of it please let my know thx

I think its an after discharge. sorry if it isint right I hadnt have mine yet and I am thirteen ( is it normal?)
