Its a lot more normal then you think. a lot of girls are shy to admit that they watch porn when they do. Porn is used for masturbation purposes, its like a mind stimulant. You can masturbate as long as you want too. No harm in that, its your choice anyway if you like then you can do it. Just one thing, its actually healthy to masturbate so I wouldn’t stop.

as long as you don’t physically hurt yourself, or let it affect your relationships with friends, boyfriends, or whatever you are OK. I listen to Dr. Drew a lot and he says sex addiction is defined by consequenses-losing a job, doing poorly in school, etc. If you feel like things are out of control, maybe you can find someone to talk to you can trust like a therapist or school counsellor (I know not so easy).

Porn, is addicting. I say block all porn sites on your internet or stay off the computer for a while, or find something to do.
