what is the risk to getting your Dimples pierced?

I really want to get my Dimples pierced, but my mother is not so sure it is the right thing to do, so for her sake, I am trying to get all the information I can to sway her to my side. thanks :)

I have my cheeks (dimples) done. The only thing that sucks is they take a long time to heal (9 months) and when you take them out, you’ll have deep scars.

Aww, don’t pierce dimples, dimples are so precious ^_^ But if you must pierce them…I’d assume they’d be alright. It’s not like your piercing a mole or anything! It probably be the same if you were to pierce your lip or something.

I don’t know about the risk but I think its really cute I have light dimples if I had deep dimples I wud do that

I don’t think theres that much of a risk, but what about when your older and want to take it out? Your going to be left with this hole in your face.

I would definately take them out when I want to get a good job, but I just dont no how to make her believe its ok.
