omg same thing happened to us babe they had this think on a two foot leash TWO FEET!!! and it wood bark in the middle of the night waking every one up so finnaly I got P** off because the poor thing had no water or food and we live in the hott sun so I called the cops!!

Answer #2

Yes when the dog goes back outside and it will. People only change for a short time.

Call the Humane Society and lodge a compliant. You have already been in a conforntation with them, so they may suspect you called but have no proof. So act like nothing happened and just go about your business knowing you have done the right thing.

Answer #3

For the sake of the dog I would wait until they put it back outside (if they do) and then tell your mom to call the local human socity and file a complant. They will come in give the people a warning and if it happens agian… they take the dog and put it up for adoption. This will allow a nice loving family to take him in as a family pet.

Hope that Helps TA

I’m in agreement with magichalo1…there is nothing you can do, on your own, really…I have neighbors, also, who have gone thru dogs…one after another…until they found one that would stay in the fence…so then they got another one!! They never speak to their dogs, play with them, or teach them anything…My husband and I gave them fencing, and then helped them put it up, just to keep their pup from getting hit. We don’t offer advise, as it wasn’t asked for (rule of thumb…unsolicited advise is NEVER appreciated)…

Call the authorities…that’s your best bet.
