okay, age differse by state most liklly 16 but most people dont care and neither realy does the system but once your 17 its fair game except in a few states also the consenting age is 18 but as you can tell it only aplice to someone over 18 so that dont take advantage of someone younger

there’s no age but if you’re over 18 you can’t have sex with a minor which is someone under 18.
The laws of consent are tricky and depend on the state… if you are over 21 and have sex with someone who is under 16 you’re going to jail (that one’s pretty clear cut through out the states) The rest of it can get complicated…

in england its 16, so somewhere around there…
technically the law is that the legal age of consent if one the partners are under 18 as that you can’t be more then 2 years apart… or something like that… but if you’re both over 18 then it doesn’t matter…
