When put your hand at a person’s ankle and slowly move your hand up the person’s leg and tell them, “Tell the firetruck when to stop”, and when they get nervous and say, “Stop!”, you say, “Firetrucks don’t stop for stop signs!”, and quickly run your hand up the rest of the person’s leg up into their crotch.
