What is the best way to make hair texture match ponytail?

My best friend has one of those ponytail extentions. She has curly african american hair. We blew it drew & then flat ironed it. Her hair isn’t as shiny as the ponytail. Is there anyway to make it shiny without relaxing or perming it?

Depending on what texture hair she has, serums may or may not work. African americans have many different textures of hair. If you have blown it dry and flat ironed it, chances are that her hair is not going to match it. You can try greases, sprays, and serums, but you’ll probably wind up wasting money.

Use extra conditioner when washing it or there are some shine sprays and serums that you can buy, avon have a good one its called mirror shine serum its quite cheap too… Or if you cant get the sprays theres an old trick my granny used to do years ago she would whisk up an egg and massage it into the hair before washing it… Sounds crazy I know but she swore by it… lol… Xo:)

im pretty sure you can buy shine serum/spray for hair to make it look more shiny
