What is the best allergy medicine for a 13 year old girl?

I am allergic to dogs, cats, guinea pigs, pollen, dust and more! I need a medicine that is good for me and works for 24 hours

You should go to the doctor and get allergy tested, then they will give you allergy shots. I had to do that for a while in my life, I’m better now though.

Try Clariton Non Drowsy. I use it and it works very well. You can either get the one that dissolves on the tongue, or the one you swallow. I preffer to swallow because the pill is really small and doesn’t have a wierd taste like the one that dissolves.
