Is payback and karma the same or different? I always hear payback is a btch & karmas a bitch' are they different?
In a way, yes.
Karma: Every action has a reaction.
Good action - good karma Bad action - bad karma
Buddhists believe that if they generate enough good karma that they will be in a better realm in the next life until they reach Satama (I think that's the wrong word but I forgot the name - it's when they go into a state of mind) because they don't like re-birth so they have to collect up all this good karma by doing nice things and avoiding bad things that will hurt people :}
If they do bad things they will get bad karma and with the eight realm wheel so they will have a bad life I the next life.
Payback is a b*tch - means that if you do something bad it's gonna bite you back in the arse.
I think payback is like short term and karma is long term.
yes and no.
good karma results in good things. bad karma-in bad things
if YOU commit payback most likely you will get bad karma if you get payback thrown on u, you might get good if you dont do anything bad resulting from the pay back
payback is like revenge from a person, karma just is somthing that happens for no reason except it makes you think that its the results from something that previosly happened
